Pricing
Registered drop shippers receive a forty percent (40%) discount off of the current MSRP on all product purchases.

Fees
Each order will incur a $1.00 Drop Ship fee per box. Only one shipping location may be specified per order.

Minimums
Urban Playthings LLC does not require a minimum purchase fro drop shipping on behalf of our authorized vendors.

Terms
All orders must be prepaid via money order, wire transfer, credit/debit card or check before the product(s) will be shipped. Without exception. A credit card is required to be on file. Payments that are made by methods other than credit card will usually result in shipping delays.

Shipments
Orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles, CA via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other common carrier. The carrier choice is Urban Playthings' decision. Urban Playthings will not drop-ship on your shipping account number. The only exception to this conditions is international orders; Urban Playthings will accept your shipping account number however you must call your shipping company and complete all arrangements, including all necessary paperwork, to have the item picked up and shipped from Urban Playthings' warehouse. Urban Playthings will not ship to USPS post office boxes.

Returns
Urban Playthings accepts returns only within 14 days following receipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Urban Playthings will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. Urban Playthings will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in the return shipment. Urban Playthings will not issue call tags for returns.

Shipping Damage
Urban Playthings will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the US Postal Service or if the item(s) was shipped using your shipping account/carrier. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:

For items shipped via "non-freight" service such as FedEx, UPS, etc...

1. The shipment recipient must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx or UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must notify the shipping carrier of the damage and provide the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and have the package returned to us. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.
2. After FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment, notify Urban Playthings of the situation via e-mail at customerservice@dooodollsusa.com. Include the Dooodolls invoice/receipt number and your order number as well as a description of the damage.
3. We will replace the shipment at no additional cost to the vendor after Urban Playthings has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.

Errors
Urban Playthings will charge shipping errors to your account unless Urban Playthings is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $2.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment.

Warranties
Urban Playthings warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Urban Playthings is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, shipping or damaged packaging.
